IBS Relief Starts Here!

Find the Best Way to Feel Like You Again!

Support That Focuses On The Whole You

When you're trapped by stress, anxiety and fear, it can be hard to know where to begin. In fact, I wouldn't blame you if you've spent many a night with behaviours that make things worse (because nothing seems to make it better). Nod along if you've ever been angry at IBS symptoms and:

• Worked your way through a pack of biscuits (because your tummy hurt anyway)
• Cancelled a night out (IBS would have ruined it) and then felt worse sitting on the sofa missing out
• Poured a glass of wine to take the edge off the day (and then finished the bottle)
• Gone hungry (because it was better than getting gastric problems
• Felt like you were doing EVERYTHING you could but nothing worked

So let's find a better solution.

Where do I begin?

What I'm Offering You

The Solution is Simple

What I offer starts with an easy to read e-book. It's what I wish I'd read all those years ago when I first encountered a bout of IBS at a funfair (which turned out to be not so fun and not so fair).

If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing everything you should be and still getting nowhere, you’re not the only one. And that's where my book comes in. IBS can be frustrating, overwhelming and lonely, so having a helping hand is vital for easing symptoms, especially if you've been trying to figure it all out by yourself.

I should know: I tried all sorts of things on my own to make life better (including eating just rice cakes). But it took expert guidance to make me see how I could turn my life around, and now I want to do the same for you.

So if you’re ready to understand your triggers, calm your gut, and feel emotionally steady again, I can help. My book's approach to IBS is different from anything you've seen before. It starts with lifestyle and mindset - because true healing is rarely just about what you eat (although we'll focus on that later).

By the time you've finished reading, you'll be well on your way to identifying the root cause of your IBS. Even better, you get to decide how quickly you're going to recover. Are you ready to begin?

Nothing's worked so far; what's different about your method?

When past attempts haven't worked, it's easy to think nothing will. But that's where my approach is different. I focus on the mind and its power over the way your body behaves. You're going to learn so much about yourself in a new and exciting way.

Will it mean changing my diet?

My methods start with the mind so you won't be changing your diet for now. We'll be focusing on a totally different way of making your body happy.

Will this take a lot of my time?

Please don't worry! I've got a couple of options for you, including an audio book if it's not possible for you to sit down with an e-book. With the support I offer, many people find it saves them time because their symptoms have eased and they don't have to put so much planning in place.

What if I make a mistake and trigger my symptoms?

You're not being given an exam! You'll be going on a life journey. Accepting there'll be obstacles on the way is all part of the way forward. The most important thing is that you relax and trust the process.

Should I explain this all to my partner/family?

It's better to keep your answers brief. Often, when you experience IBS, there tend to be a lot of questions. Answering them can be exhausting. Just tell them you've found something you're encouraged by and leave it at that.

In that past I've had so much conflicting advice; how do I know what's right?

I can feel your fear oozing from your every word; that's arguably one of the reasons you've been unable to ease your IBS in the past. You'll soon be put at ease with easy steps to follow. Get ready to be excited!

Is stress causing my symptoms?

Stress can be a major trigger for IBS because of the gut-brain connection. You'll discover some simple strategies to help ease stress that can be done anywhere and don't take much time.

Does it matter if I get enough sleep?

In a word: yes. Good sleep patterns are hugely beneficial. Without good sleep you may experience intensified IBS symptoms. You'll be encouraged to prioritise a consistent bedtime routine, alongside other simple changes.

What role does exercise have with IBS?

Gentle movement is usually a good way to ease digestive symptoms. Walking and yoga have real benefits, as does swimming. However, be careful with intense exercise as it can sometimes make things worse.

Why does IBS feel worse when I've got my period?

Hormones can play a significant role in the way your body behaves so if you've got a monthly cycle or you're peri-menopausal, it's worth tracking your symptoms so you can adapt your routine if need be.

Is IBS causing me to have depression?

It may well be. When you have unpleasant symptoms like diarrhoea, bloating and distension, it's no wonder you can be low in mood or find yourself saying no to social outings. Make sure you talk it over with your doctor.

What if I just can't do this?

There's an important lesson here: whether you think you can or you can't, you will be right. So believe in yourself and get ready for a much better life journey!
