Why 15,000 People Are Descending on London This June (& You Should Too)

If you're living with coeliac disease, have allergies or follow a freefrom lifestyle for any other reason, then get ready for the biggest show in town. The Allergy & FreeFrom Show returns this weekend to the Olympia in London, and this year's event promises to be greater and more essential than ever.

The UK's Biggest FreeFrom Event
The UK's biggest freefrom event brings together thousands of people (15,000 last year!) who understand the daily challenges of navigating life with dietary restrictions and health conditions. Trust me, this show is your ultimate destination for fab food, support and solutions to your problems.
What Makes This Year Special
For me, these shows are like Christmas come early. Given most of the year it's not easy to eat out or get people to understand exactly what I'm going through, the FreeFrom Show is a feast indeed - a lifeline for anyone who's desperate just to feel normal. But this year's particularly special to me because I'm launching something new...and I'll tell you about it in a moment!
Meet Your Heroes!

Is there someone in particular who's made your live better? Maybe it's Becky Excell with all her "Who's Hungry?" gluten-free baking. Or perhaps it's Morgan McKenzie Moore for her fab dramatic gluten-free Reels on Instagram. Whoever it is, this is YOUR chance to meet them in person!

Educational Talks That Could Change Your Life
It's not just about food and food heroes. If you're seeking to improve your quality of life while managing a health condition, there's plenty to learn from the speakers on the different stages. The talks cover everything from the latest research developments to practical daily management tips that can make a genuine difference to your wellbeing.
I'm particularly excited to be contributing to this year's program with two speaker slots - yes, two!
Coeliac Panel Discussion: I'll be joining other experts to discuss the realities of living with coeliac disease, sharing practical strategies for managing the condition, navigating social situations and maintaining a fulfilling lifestyle (while strictly avoiding gluten, obviously!).

Chronic Pain Session: In this talk, I'll be exploring the complex relationship between fatigue, stress and chronic pain, discussing management strategies, the impact on daily life and hope for those dealing with these challenging conditions.
Come & See Me At Stand MH30!
I've got tonnes of gluten-free goodies and offers at my stand but that's not what I'm most excited about... I mentioned earlier a new launch...and it's epic! It's all about how to manage symptoms of IBS and have freedom (yes, FREEDOM!) from anxiety, overwhelm and fear of eating out.
Does that sound good or great?! You can find out more by coming to my stand (MH30) on the west side of the hall, close to the Inspiration Stage and opposite Heck sausages.

Why You Can't Afford to Miss This
The Allergy & FreeFrom Show only happens once a year so it's no time to sit inside and prioritise Eastenders. Plus, it isn't just about shopping – though you'll definitely leave with bags full of amazing discoveries. Where else can you:
Sample hundreds of free-from products before you buy (yum!)
Get expert advice from healthcare professionals who are difficult to find anywhere else
Meet others who fully understand your challenges
Discover products that could revolutionise your daily routine
Learn about the latest research and treatment options
Find solutions you didn't even know existed (that's one of my favourite parts!)
The Community Aspect

Perhaps most importantly, this show offers something you can't get online or in regular shops: community. Being surrounded by thousands of people who understand what you're going through is PRICELESS. They know what it's like to read every ingredient label, the frustration of limited restaurant options (if there are any safe ones at all), not to mention people who celebrate the small victories of finding a new safe product (oh the joy in the supermarket!) and that sense of belonging is invaluable.
Plan Your Visit
The show runs on both Saturday and Sunday at the Olympia in London, giving you plenty of time to explore everything on offer. My advice? Come prepared with a Granny's shopping basket (you know, the sort you pull along on wheels) and make sure you leave room for new and unexpected discoveries. Some of the best finds at these shows are the products and services you never knew existed.

So whether you're newly diagnosed and feeling overwhelmed or you've got decades of experience under your belt, the Allergy & FreeFrom Show 2025 is where you need to be this weekend.
Let me know if you're coming - it'll be great to see you there!
When: Sat 21st June 9am - 5pm & Sun 22nd June 10am - 4pm
Where: The Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, W14 8UX
