I know what it's like to feel lost. I got coeliac disease in the 1990s when the internet barely existed and hardly anyone knew what gluten was. I've learnt so much since then. For 5 years I wrote for Gluten-Free Heaven magazine, I've been a guest speaker for The FreeFrom Food Festival, The Allergy & FreeFrom Show and Coeliac UK, and I now coach people with coeliac disease to have happier, healthier lives.
