A gluten-free & vegan must have!

I feel I should begin with "this is not an ad". More on that later. For now, just know there's an amazing product by Gosh! that's revolutionised what I want to eat for dinner (and freed up more me-time).

Firstly, my dinners aren't always something to shout about. It wasn't so long ago I reverted to a default coeliac setting of jacket potato with cheese and steamed broccoli. (A lot.) But since doing my gut reset, I've been trying all sorts of new things, and although I champion cooking from scratch, it's not always possible if you have a hectic lifestyle.

But that doesn't mean I want to live on takeaways and ready meals. Instead, I'm keen on finding something that takes care of part of the meal. It means my meal prep time is halved and often means less washing up.

So I was really pleased to see Gosh! appear in supermarkets. So far I've tried their Beetroot Falafel, Sweet Potato Pakora and Moroccan Spiced Bakes, all of which have been absolutely delicious and versatile.

3 ways I've enjoyed Gosh! recently:

Subway envy:

Gosh! pakora with a 6" B-free roll

Tucked underneath that fresh spinach, cheese and pakora is a 6" B-Free roll - yum!

A bed of rice:

Gosh! pakora with fresh veg and rice

Freshly shaved carrot, chopped tomato and diced mango with brown rice is a delicious pakora accompaniment

With cauliflower cheese:

Pakora with cauliflower cheese and steamed veg

Here I am loving my leftovers: cauliflower cheese and steamed veg with more spicy pakora

I'm not promoting Gosh! for a fat cash payout (or a slender one). I'm championing this food because it genuinely is something I love and can't seem to get enough of. And when you taste it, you'll understand why.
