About the event
Are you fed up of being gluten-free? Do you get really frustrated by:
- feeling like the awkward one at dinner?
- no-one understanding why you can't "just have a little bit"?
- getting anxious around food?
- wishing gluten would just fly off into the sunset?
Well here's your chance to make life better! I'm offering you a fantastic 4 week course where you'll learn easy ways to manage your gluten-free diet as a coeliac. Yes, EASY ways - things you'll wish you'd learnt as soon as you were diagnosed!
I know what it's like to feel lost. I got coeliac disease in the 1990s when the internet barely existed and hardly anyone knew what gluten was. I've learnt so much since then. For 5 years I wrote for Gluten-Free Heaven magazine, I've been a guest speaker for The FreeFrom Food Festival, The Allergy & FreeFrom Show and Coeliac UK, and I now coach people have happier, healthier gluten-free lives.
On the course there'll be top tips, simple hacks and some fabulous prizes (yes, prizes!). Best of all, you'll get to meet other people on the course who know just what you're going through.
Course content (each day begins every Tuesday at 7pm for 1 hour):
Tues 7 Nov: an introduction & 3 key mistakes not to make when you're gluten-free;
Tues 14 Nov: how to deal with friends & family
Tues 21 Nov: how to eat out safely
Tues 28 Nov: how to get the help you need (and prize winners!)
All you have to do is show up on Zoom from the comfort of your home. And if you can't make the time, no problem! The videos will be available for you to watch on catch-up afterwards with lifetime access.
So save your spot now - I can't wait to meet you!
