Dr Lis Kilcourse
A GP and a coeliac herself, Dr Lis Kilcourse is also known as 'the running medic', regularly competing in triathlons and winning medals.
She firmly believes recovery looks different for everyone. It’s unique based on you, your physiology and genetics, your history, your job, your stress levels and your home set up.
"We are only human at the end of the day - we aren’t the textbooks or the research."
Lis is a wealth of knowledge about coeliac disease and proof that positivity pays off, both for a gluten-free diet and in physical training.
Comedian, comedy coach, consultant... Angie knows her stuff when it comes to making people laugh.
And that's just what you need when you're a coeliac and you're dealing with pesky friends and family who just don't understand your gluten-free diet.
She'll help you come up with ways to actively enjoy hearing tiresome remarks. Before you know it, you'll be champing at the bit to try out your new zippy one-liners.
What does it take to create a successful life? One that feels joyful rather than stressful and life-sucking? One where you get to enjoy beautiful, happy relationships, plenty of ‘me-time’ and a wonderful inner peace that says ‘everything’s good here!’?
And how do you build enough resilience to keep going when times feel tough?
Abi Rogers is the mindset expert to help you find out. She'll teach you techniques that are proven to be as effective as a FODMAP diet.
Jennifer believes everyone deserves to feel confident, powerful and beautiful. She can help you with the right clothing to do just that, no matter what challenges you’ve been facing as a coeliac. She'll help you find a style you love (and can hide any bloating!).
Using her knowledge of designers, shops, boutiques, colours and silhouettes, she'll help you find a style that’s comfortable, effortless and perfectly fits your lifestyle.
Your new style will be perfectly suited to you and your needs. You'll not only look amazing but feel like you can take on the world!

The time you'll save (over 180 hours a year!)
Are you fed up of spending hours in the supermarket avoiding gluten and 'may contains'?
Do you wish you could be more spontaneous about eating out? That it didn't involve several phone calls, e-mail follow-ups and a magnifying glass to read a mammoth allergens folder?
Do you dream of having an easier life where you don't feel your priorities don't revolve around food?
With my guidance you can easily save over
30 minutes a day;
that's 182 hours per year!
Ali initially worked as an English teacher after graduating from Bath University. She is now an accomplished writer and speaker, regularly taking the guest slot at events including the FreeFrom Food Festival and Coeliac UK. Ali also writes for Gluten-Free Heaven magazine and often appears on BBC radio.
“I began my website ‘Life on a Rice Cake’ because people needed somewhere to go for valuable advice on coeliac wellbeing. There’s a way to make life easier, no matter how difficult things might seem, and I always keep things fun. Life should be fun!”
One of Ali’s ways of making life more entertaining was evident when she entered the London marathon for Coeliac UK. On a hot and sweaty day in April, she ran dressed as a stuffed crust pizza slice.
Ali lives in Bristol with her husband and two naughty little people who love covering themselves in chocolate.
My story (and why I know what you’re going through)
When I was first diagnosed, I felt so alone. Nobody seemed that concerned about me. There were flippant remarks, casual misdiagnoses and ritual humiliation (like being weighed in front of a full waiting room).
And each time I was given a new diagnosis, there’d be a familiar sense of realisation they’d got it wrong again. When the doctors had absolute confidence and conviction I had endometriosis, they cut me open under general anaesthetic and discovered I didn’t.
There were also small acts of incompetence, like the nurse who offered me a biscuit post-diagnosis.
And it wasn’t just the medical profession that caused me frustration. Problems seemed to sprout everywhere. A family member told me my pain was psychosomatic. A ‘friend’ thought if she secretly hid gluten in my food that I’d never know. At work there’d be beige buffets with absolutely nothing I could have except a slice of cheddar. (Much as I like cheese, it’s hardly a well-rounded meal.)
Those were the days when no-one had the internet and allergen information didn’t appear on food. And although a lot has changed, in many ways it’s created a new problem – we’re now swamped with so much information it’s difficult to know where to start.
I remember feeling totally lost. I wish I’d had someone I could have turned to – someone to give me confidence.
So that’s why I’ve created this course.

Do I need to have coeliac disease to do the course?
You’ll find parts of the course are tailored specifically for coeliacs. However, if you have another reason to be gluten-free there’s plenty on the course that will be really useful.
How do I make payment?
Via PayPal or debit/credit card (click here).
I need to avoid dairy/egg/I’m also vegan. Will you show me foods I can eat?
Yes! There’ll be so many options for you (and obviously everything we discuss will be gluten-free).
My daughter/partner/sibling has coeliac disease. Would it be helpful for me to take part?
Absolutely! Show me a coeliac who wouldn't be hugely appreciative of such a supportive person in their life! It's really helpful for coeliacs to have other people who know how to help them and doing this course is a great way to make this happen.
Can I benefit even if I'm not a newly diagnosed coeliac?
Yes! Many people choose the course after years of being coeliac. The webinars and Q&A sessions are aimed at coeliacs who are struggling. So whether it's with your diagnosis or day-to-day living and you need expert advice and tips, there's masses to benefit from.
How much does it cost?
The total cost is £997 or 2 options in instalments: members can pay in 3 monthly instalments of £323.33 OR 12 monthly instalments of £82.08 (and you can become a member for free!).
